A highly dynamic and experienced Director in Fintech Payment Gateway System and Fund management. Co-founders of Paydibs Sdn Bhd, a Fintech company specializing in payment processing technology and solution.

Charles Ng
Director
COO of MOL Access Portal, overseeing operations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America. He was promoted to Co-CEO after the company listed on Nasdaq. He has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions, including leading technology and mobile equipment product distributors. Charles has been involved in over 25 mergers and acquisitions and multiple initial public offerings on various exchanges, including Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Malaysia.
Allan Wong
Director
A seasoned investment banker with 15 years of experience in M&A advisory and capital raising in Asia. He has worked with top US banks including Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Standard Chartered, leading IPOs and M&A deals worth billions of dollars. Allan also acted as an investment consultant for Richard Chandler Corporation and co-founded Pickuo, Vision Plus Capital, Swire, Jardines, and PCHome. He started his career as an actuary in Australia and holds a Bachelor's degree in actuarial science and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Fah Kah Seong
Director
A tax partner and Director of PKF Malaysia with over 35 years of experience. He is a Fellow member of CPA Australia, Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. Fan is recognized as an Indirect Tax leader in Malaysia by the International Tax Review for several consecutive years. His engagements cover various industries and he has undertaken numerous tax due diligence, M&A, and other corporate tax restructuring assignments. Fan has previously worked with Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Deloitte.
